WESA 90.5

90.5 WESA is Pittsburgh’s NPR news station. We’re the largest radio newsroom in the region and one of the few journalism outlets that has been expanding, assigning our reporters essential beats including city/county government, state government, criminal justice, education, infrastructure/transportation, health/science, technology, and arts/culture. We run local newscasts and features during morning and evening drive times, and produce a one-hour daily news show, The Confluence. We strive to engage audiences and cultivate conversations that strengthen, enrich and improve the communities we serve.
