They produce original reporting, a weekly FCPS newsletter, and clear, accessible tools and explainers that help residents understand budgets, governance, and policy. Through workshops, multimedia pieces, and regular community engagement, the reporter helps Lexingtonians participate meaningfully in shaping the future of local public education.

Salary and Benefits: $40,000-45,000
