Marcie Hampton

Marcie Hampton is Report for America's Manager of Recruitment Operations. Previously, she worked for nearly five years at the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia. She worked as a paralegal, assisting 6+ attorneys in litigation ranging from criminal legal reform to First Amendment rights to LGBTQIA+ justice. Hampton completed the McKinsey- Black Management Accelerator Program, a program designed to develop and progress Black talent in organizations and companies throughout the country. She is also highly trained in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work as well as Restorative Justice techniques. Hampton currently resides in Boone, N.C. with her husband Rod West and their kids, Maya and Major.
