Enlace Latino NC is a nonpartisan digital news organization serving North Carolina's Spanish-speaking immigrant communities through high-quality, community-centered news. Our mission is to empower the diverse community of Latino immigrants in North Carolina to become more involved in the social, political and economic changes that affect them. We are the leading digital Spanish news organization dedicated to covering politics, government, health, immigration, and community affairs in North Carolina.

WXXI News

WXXI News is part of WXXI Public Media, a resource that strengthens our community by bringing highly valued media services on platforms that serve residents' needs. As an NPR member station, we offer around-the-clock on-air news, with numerous local cut-ins that provide both spot and enterprise reports. We offer two hours of live public affairs discussions each day on our talk show. We also have a daily news podcast and a monthly arts-focused magazine.

MEDIALEX Community Newsroom

MEDIALEX is a public platform for local voices to share stories that matter through community-created news, information, and entertainment. MEDIALEX provides local news & information in multiple languages through fact-based reporting by trusted members of the community. The organization's public interest/public health reporting model has been recognized as an effective example of community-centered, collaborative local journalism.

The Associated Press – El Paso

The Associated Press is a global news organization that is one of the world's most trusted sources of independent, nonpartisan and factual news in all formats. The AP is located in 100 countries and has journalists in all 50 states. More than half the world's population sees AP journalism every day.

Institute for Public Service Reporting at the University of Memphis

The Institute for Public Service Reporting is a nonprofit newsroom on the campus of the University of Memphis specializing in investigative reporting and in-depth explanatory journalism—an arm of the university with a firewall protecting their editorial independence. Its mission is to provide robust, civic-minded journalism that promotes a vibrant democracy, fosters inclusiveness and enriches the lives of the people of greater Memphis, including many underserved communities. Stories appear on its news site, and on The Daily Memphian, a nonprofit news site.

Metro Puerto Rico

Metro Puerto Rico is a local newspaper that focuses on issues of interest to audiences in Puerto Rico. It has distinguished itself through its multiplatform reach and strong editorial independence. The brand reaches 1.5 million unique users on the web each month and circulates every Thursday in the main cities across Puerto Rico.

The Richmonder

The Richmonder serves the Richmond, Virginia area by spotlighting the best of the community, and keeping a watchful eye on those in power. We believe in making news that is reflective of the fullness of the city, and is freely accessible to all.

WITF

WITF is a public media organization, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We have a history of serving a 19-county region (nearly one-third of the state’s population) that dates back more than 50 years. We have been a leader in establishing collaborative projects and content verticals with other Pennsylvania public media organizations. WITF is a multimedia organization that delivers content to our regional audience online and on-air through our radio and television stations and website. The station’s content verticals include PA Post, Transforming Health and StateImpact Pennsylvania.  

El Nuevo Herald

El Nuevo Herald is the second largest Spanish-language news outlet in the United States, covering local, national and international news for more than three decades, striving to be the most credible and dynamic source of news and information by producing journalism that makes a difference. El Nuevo Herald publishes in Spanish but also is routinely published in English in the Miami Herald. El Nuevo Herald shares a newsroom with the Miami Herald and they collaborate on a daily basis. Occasionally, the newspaper also collaborates with WLRN, an NPR affiliate that operates out of our newsroom. The newspaper’s coverage area extends well beyond the local community, reaching an audience of more than 357,000 in print and 3.9 million online. El Nuevo Herald’s digital readers stretch across South Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Dallas Free Press

Dallas Free Press, a nonprofit news site, launched in January 2020 with the mission of amplifying voices and exploring solutions to the city’s systemic inequities. It focuses community journalism efforts on three zip codes in South Dallas and West Dallas, which are predominantly Black and Latino neighborhoods, respectively.
