Beat: Justice and Accountability: Investigating Policing, Incarceration, and Civil Rights in Baltimore

Position:

The Civil Rights and Justice reporter investigates police accountability, mass incarceration, and civil rights in Baltimore. This reporter uncovers how public funds are spent, evaluates reform efforts, and amplifies grassroots activism. Reporting centers on marginalized voices, explores systemic issues, and connects local struggles to broader civil rights movements. The ideal candidate excels in investigative journalism, community engagement, and storytelling that drives accountability and highlights paths to justice.

Salary and Benefits:
$55,000 to $65,000
