Beat: Missing and Murdered Indigenous People in the Northern Plains.

Position:

Investigating the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People in the Northern Plains. The date-driven reporting focuses on the experiences of families and communities while addressing injustices, jurisdictional challenges, inadequate resources, racism, bias and cultural erasure issues.

Salary and Benefits:
$55,00-$65,000

Health insurance, paid vacation, monthly Rejuvenation Fridays, technology stipend, paid holidays.

This position will be:
Hybrid (some days in the office per week)

Moving Stipend:
Up to $3,000 with receipts.
